• Name, email address and phone number
• Property postcode and ownership status
• Existing solar setup and battery goals

We also collect non-personal information automatically, such as browser type, pages visited, referral source and IP address, via cookies and analytics tools (including Google Analytics).

We use your personal information to:

• Match you with a CEC-accredited battery installer in your area
• Contact you regarding your match and quote
• Send relevant follow-up information you have consented to receive
• Improve our website, tools and matching algorithms
• Comply with our legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to any third party.

3. Disclosure to third parties

Your personal information is shared with:

• Your matched installer only — the single CEC-accredited installer we match you with based on your postcode. They are contractually prohibited from sharing your information further or using it for marketing to other prospects.
• Service providers — we use third-party services including form processing, analytics and email delivery. These parties process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.
• Regulators — if required by law or court order.

4. Marketing communications

We may send you educational content about home batteries and solar by email if you have consented. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at hello@reclaimpower.com.au.
